Wasn't the "Monarch" the name for the Victor Talking Machine model with a 10" turntable? The "Monarch" record designation during that era was originally used for the 10" records, though some 7" pre-dog (but post-Eldridge Johnson) records were also labeled "Victor Monarch Record."
