The phonograph is a Victor orthophonic 8-12. Unfortunately not only does it have the wrong arm and reproducer, but if you look closely, the legs have been cut off. From th eway the pictures were taken and the flowery description, I suspect the dealer knows more about the machine than he is letting on and trying to educate him would be futile.
