Last week I bought a Vic II with what appears to be an after market horn. The horn is as described: The horn has rounded petals and at each joint or seam it interlocks something like a hinge although the horn does not fold up. The small end of the horn has quite fine threads. They are much finer than a Columbia threaded horn. In the elbow is the complementing piece. This piece locks into place like any Victor horn and is about flush with the large end of the elbow. The last quarter inch has female threads to accept the horn. What do I have? The quality of the workmanship could be the result of skilled craftsman or it might be a genuine after market horn. Has anyone seen anything like this? I would appreciate any comments. Sorry, no photos. Thanks, Jerry Blais between 0000-00-00 and 9999-99-99
