They are sold by Norman Bruderhofer
auktionen at oldsound.de and are newly manufactured. They fit all Edison
small reproducers which include the standard speaker, automatic
reproducer and recorder and the C H K D E. He accepts PayPal, he is in
Germany but has them shipped from Iowa. He said:

The very limited availability of old material has brought me to that idea. You can have one for $9.99 or 10 for $70, shipping within US included. Payment can be made via paypal, money order or personal check. I have a stock of them in Iowa too so I can handle American order fairly quick.
The thickness is between 0.19mm-0.23mm what should equal to about "0.079 - "0.091. It matches to an old glass diaphragm I have and meets the recommended thickness of German phonograph book from 1901. Of course, there is no center hole. I normally use a tiny drop of transparent crazy glue but if you want to be 100% authentic you can do it with shellac too.Crazy glue turned out be very easy to handle because it drys so quick. I would not recommend epoxy as it will get too hard and/or too thick. The new diaphragms are factory made so they will appear just like the old ones. I actually don't see any noticeable difference.Just because I was curious, I did also use one glass diaphragm in a later style Edison recorder which are normally equipped with thin mica. The result was quite interesting. It recorded speech much better and did not so easy tend to blast at high volume.
If you want NOS Croakingfrog is selling them for $24.99 each.

Back to me, I looked for these glass diaphragms for 10 years, so I
wanted to share my good fortune with others. If you have any other
questions please let me know.
