It seems to me there should be a place where people could post copies of information that they have. Ideally, they could scan it in and then upload it to a repository. They ought to be able to put a title on it that would appear in an index. In the best of all worlds, they would be able to search on a key word such as Berliner and pull up a list of everything with Berliner in the index. The hard part is when people don't have the ability to scan something. Jpegs are generally very difficult to read if they are a document. In that case someone may have to do it for them.
