Steve,
It doesn't have a stand like the one pictured.

The recording machine and the cutter machine are both there, as are two
trays with the cylinders in them.  The hand piece, tubing and some other
parts seem to be missing.

They want what I would consider too much for these items.

$25.00 for the recording machine
$45.00 for the cutter machine
$45.00 for the cylinders and trays.
